cure for insomnia

Did you know that a recent study funded by the National Institutes of Health
found the popular prescription sleep aids will get you an average of
only 11 minutes extra sleep.
So Americans are shelling out $4.5 billion each year for little more than ten minutes
of extra sleep.

what works for me:

lie in bed and think/remember everything that happened in the day in reverse order - after a few minutes i am asleep! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (so boring!) zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
