John Ntimeri, an elder from the Masai nomadic African
herdsmen who regard themselves the divine owners of all the world's cattle,
has offered to travel to Britain to cure the foot-and-mouth outbreak. ``I
will come whenever you want. We have a cure for foot-and-mouth. Let us share
it,'' he said. Called oloirobi by the Masai, the disease is a common problem
treated for thousands of years with a cocktail of cow's urine and rock salt
gathered from Magadi Lake in a remote area of the Rift Valley, he said.
