Holistic Nutrition

Dr Parsons goal with his patients is to help them get their diets in order so they feel so good through proper nutrition that they will do whatever it takes to continue to feel that way. You need to nurture yourself with natural, nutrient dense foods that are vital for health.

We all need to love ourselves more, care for our bodies with the best of foods that Mother Nature has provided, exercise, breathe and laugh. You only have one body and if you treat it right, it will care you for life!

* watch your stress levels
* eat when relaxed
* chew your food thoroughly
* do not over eat
* do not eat when emotionally stressed
* eat until satisfied
* make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day
* eat seasonally
* choose from a variety of colours and textures
* get lots of sun, fresh air and exercise
* laugh
* play
* enjoy your body - if you treat it well you will enjoy your life!
