traditional diets

from Dr Tedd Koren:
"For a long time I've been looking for excellent nutrition advice, that if found,
we wouldnt have to buy vitamins.
It was pretty much under my nose.
I'd like you to look at, for your consideration this paper....
You wouldnt believe the garbage people eat (OK, I'm sure you would).
Everything from diet drinks, sodas, artificial sweeteners, margarine, butter substitutes, processed foods, skim and low fat milk, vegetable oils such as canola, soy products - all the other processed junk that has (and is still) giving us a generation of chronic and degenerative disease.
Anyway the link is below. Please check it out and let me know what you
think. We carry Weston Price's book, 'Nutrition and Physical Degeneration'
in our catalog and I consider it one of the best books on nutrition ever
written".

Thank you for re-posting clever comments on this book!
I wonder what do you think about some remaining controversy on this book, which is described here:

interesting - i read somewhere that the original meaning of the word "quack" used to describe a medical practitioner was used about dentists who used mercury ('quicksilver') in fillings..
